PARCEL 2.0 (Partner Capacity Enhancement in Logistics) is an Oxfam Novib project, funded by European Union Humanitarian Aid. It's designed to strengthen the supply chain and logistics capabilities of local organisations working in humanitarian contexts.
Oxfam commissioned Studio Tinto to create a series of six engaging and accessible educational animations, transforming content from the Humanitarian Logistics Standards (ULS) Handbook into clear visual stories for its eLearning programme.
We developed the series from concept and visual design through to animation and final delivery with a focus on clarity, inclusivity and engagement for a global, non-technical audience.
Alongside the original English versions, we localised the complete series into Arabic, Spanish and French, including narration and on-screen text.
